Yoconference call : is the brand name of Acecall Ltd.

“We”/”us”/”our/Yoconference call” means Acecall Ltd.
“You”/”your”/”Customer” shall mean the primary user of any of our Services or who accessesany of our websites, and includes any person enabled or permitted by the Customer to useany of our Services.
“Services” are telecommunication services provided by us to allow the Customer to make
conference calls.
“Terms of use” are the terms governing the relationship between You and Us under whichWe will provide access to and use of our Website and any other Services.

By using the Yo conference call web site, you agree to be bound by Yo conference call Terms & Conditions set out below.

Processing of orders

Yo Conference Call aim to process all items within 24 hours of receiving your order but your order may be delayed. Some items may be unavailable.

Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Yo Conference Call.

Return, refund and cancellation policy

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, no returns are accepted, and all sales are final. If there is something wrong with the item Acecall Limited will pay for the return shipping costs. No returns will be accepted after 3 months. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Limitation of Liability

This liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Except as set out below, neither Yo Conference Call nor any of their directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
